Although winter is a quiet time for most of the team, Mick cant get enough of the muddy conditions of the cyclo x season! And last weekend Mick Rowson took victory at the North of England Championships at Barnard Castle, Stainton. Conditions were difficult as the race the previous day had cut up the course and with snow showers all day it was cold and muddy. Mick was 9th overall in the veterens race and 1st Over 50.

Have a close look at 40sec on this youtube video, The video was shot at the Natonal Trophy round 5 in Bradford. Many riders stuggled to stay up right on the muddy bank. Even our very own cross champ came down thanks to riders in front of him and there was nothing Mick could really do!
